Camtronics services all makes and models of Digital and Film Cameras, as well as all makes and models of Lenses and Photographic Accessories. You may contact us online for a free quote on the repairs or cleanings you need. Should we receive your equipment and for some reason we can not help you, there is no charge for our time. We promise to exceed your expectations when it comes to the quality of work and customer service.

How it works

When you have received your online quote, or phone quote and decide to send your equipment for service, this is the best way to do it.
Find a box that is in good shape. Write a brief letter of the defect with your name and address attached to the camera. Package the equipment in the box with at least 2 inches of packing material around all sides of the equipment. Send box to us via UPS, FedEX, or USPS. We suggest UPS as the best courier.

Once we receive the equipment, we will evaluate it and confirm with you the nature of the defect, our suggested course of action, the price if different from the quote we gave you, and the expected turn around time. Once you approve the repair, most service can be done in as little as 5 working days. For sensor cleanings on DSLR, we offer fast 24 hour in-shop turn around. Please contact us for details.
